Once verified, we will offer either:

ITEMS LOST IN TRANSIT

We understand delays can occasionally happen due to customs, weather, or carrier issues.

If your order has not been delivered within 10 business days beyond the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us.

We will investigate the issue and, if necessary, provide:

  • A replacement order, or
  • A full refund

RETURNS

We do not accept returns for refunds or exchanges due to change of mind, incorrect sizing, or personal preference.

Our policy only covers:

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

UPRYSE is not responsible for packages marked as successfully delivered by the shipping carrier but reported as lost or stolen.

In such cases, we recommend:

  • Contacting the shipping carrier directly
  • Filing a claim with the carrier

Upon request, we can provide proof of delivery, including tracking information, delivery date, and carrier details to assist your investigation.
